By using Pick a Side, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Pick a Side is a social opinion platform where users pick sides on showdowns, share takes, and discover where they stand compared to the crowd. The service is provided as-is.

• You start with an anonymous session. No sign-up is required to participate.
• If you create a username, it must not impersonate another person or contain offensive content.
• You are responsible for any content you post under your session or username.

When creating showdowns or posting takes, you agree to:

• Not post hate speech, slurs, threats, or harassment.
• Not post spam, promotional content, or links to malicious sites.
• Not impersonate other users or public figures in a misleading way.
• Not post content that is illegal in the United States.

We may remove content or restrict access to users who violate these rules.

• You retain ownership of your takes and showdowns.
• By posting, you grant Pick a Side a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
• The Pick a Side name, logo, and design are our property.

• AI-generated analysis is for entertainment only. It may contain inaccuracies.
• Vote results reflect community opinion, not objective truth.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or opinions expressed on the platform.

Pick a Side is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
